Experience:

Mr.. Rodney Brown is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, Texas Federal District Courts including Federal Southern District of Texas and County Courts. For the past 17 years his legal practice has concentrated on civil litigation, family law, criminal defense, and business organization/formation. He has assisted entrepreneurs with business start-ups, including for-profit and not-for-profit corporations. 

From 2014-2017, Mr. Brown served a District Counselor for a multi-state non-profit organization and oversaw the organization’s liability and risk management policies.  He is also an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Houston Community College.

In addition, for over 23 years, Mr. Brown worked for the United States Department of Agriculture as a "Program Specialist" in the area of compliance. He is one of a handful of attorneys capable of representing store retailors and vendors accused of violating the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP Program) to include defense against withdrawals, disqualifications, and fines.
