Mr. Sixta is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Nebraska.  In addition, he is licensed to practice law in the Federal District Court for the State of Nebraska, Federal District Court for the Central District of Pennsylvania, Federal District for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States' Supreme Court.  He has previously held active real estate licenses in the states of Texas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Florida.  
 
Mr. Sixta has represented clients in most areas of law, and has presented cases in State and Federal Courts, including representing clients in appellate cases.  He has lobbied for his clients on both the Federal and the State levels.  Mr. Sixta has handled bankruptcy matters, representing representing both individuals as well as businesses.  He has also represented clients in front of Regulatory Boards, City Councils, and Licensing Boards.  In addition, Mr. Sixta has analyzed client financial problems, and has negotiated directly with banks and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to solve these problems.  He is a trained mediator.
